Refund Policy

When you make the payment for Power Wash cards, these payments are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by Way. Way.com, in its sole discretion, may offer credits or refunds on a case-by-case basis including, by way of example, in the event of an error with your order or in the amounts you were charged.

After payment for any carwash order, it will no longer be eligible refund. All Power Wash card orders are final and are non-refundable, unless it is a very special circumstance. In a case where a refund is approved, Way.com, in its sole discretion, may offer refunds in the form of credits. An example of a very special case will be an error with the amount you are charged.

If you are using your Power Wash cards in any way that violates our terms and conditions, your pass will be terminated and you will not receive any refund.

There are no partial or full refunds for any carwash card regardless of usage.
